I meant more like it was reported and they system saw 'spam' and just processed it without having a person look into it.

I'm glad that got sorted out, it was probably an automated system if it was spam- honestly I was a bit concerned that your ex might have reported you for offsite stuff like stalking or harassment or whatever and made fake screenshots.
