Run for Something and RFS United Announce the Ratification of Collective Bargaining Agreement Run for Something and RFS United are pleased to announce the ratification of a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). This agreement represents a shared commitment to maintaining an equitable, respectful, transparent, and mission-aligned workplace where every voice is heard and valued. The CBA is a result of good faith negotiations between our respective teams, and we are proud to have finalized the contract with union leadership. This contract further expands on Run for Something's existing strong benefits, competitive and equitable wages, and work/life balance securities. We are honored that this CBA serves as an example of how nonprofit organizations can truly be people-centered and do right by their staff. "This agreement honors the collective voice of our team at every level. We are grateful to RFS United's leadership on negotiating with transparency and collaboration, and maintaining RFS's core values throughout the process.
