Would take a thousand more of these blow outs if it means Notre Dame continues to get punished for not joining an FBS conference.

Too bad they have that participation trophy stipulation kicking in next season.

There have been a ton of upsets in this year’s world darts championship already.

Michael Smith and Chris Dobey out this evening and now Nitin Kumar is likely going to have the crowd on his side against Stephen Bunting.

Miami vs. Texas A&M showing that we really are better off with the BCS format.

These are not serious national title-contending programs and shouldn’t be playing for one.

These are NYE/New Year’s day non-BCS bowl teams at best.

Latest CAM rankings are out for the week and I’ve attached my personal top 25 as well to distinguish and acknowledge that the metric still has flaws in the early portion of the season.

Nebraska, Seton Hall 📈

Yale moves to mid-major P1 after Saint Mary’s loss to Boise State.

There’s a single frame in the Welcome to Derry season finale that absolutely broke me.

Hadn’t cried that much at media in a minute.

Show did an exceptional job building its characters.

The horror elements are fine but it takes a back seat to everything else in the show.

Maybe the Raiders can win next week.

New week, new CAM top 25 nationally and among mid-majors.

Alabama and St. Bonaventure return, while Virginia and Seton Hall make their first appearance.

Back to a collegiate sport where the results matter.

Utah State/Charlotte.

Aggies looking to bounce back after losing their first game of the year on Thursday at South Florida.

Notre Dame being left out — fine.

But I need explanation on why BYU can get the shaft losing to one team all year long while Alabama lost to three different teams and was dominated by both Florida State & Georgia yesterday.

Boise State continues their build back after the Hawai’i Pacific defeat with their biggest win of the year so far at Hinkle Fieldhouse.

Broncos have Duquesne and a big one against Saint Mary’s in Idaho Falls before Mountain West play begins.

Absolute appreciate Duke/Michigan State and Iowa State/Purdue making these campus games.

So important for the student body and smaller towns to experience these high-level games and the atmosphere always delivers.

Less neutral-site games >>>

Nine games into the season and Kentucky’s best win is still Valparaiso.

Blowout losses to Michigan State and now Gonzaga.

Two more opportunities for key non-con wins this month for the Wildcats with Indiana and St. John’s.
