I noticed a week or two ago that Facebook was filling my feed with posts from crochet groups/pages. I've never once considered taking up crochet as a hobby, but after being inundated with it for weeks, I kind of feel intrigued by it. What is happening to me?

I've been slowly sorting through my games to list on eBay. I still consider myself a video game collector but I can no longer justify having such a large amount of money tied up in something that I'm barely even using.

I said something positive about Nintendo so here's something negative - I don't like the Donkey Kong redesign. The gameplay itself doesn't look bad, but the character looks goofy when compared to the model for the Donkey Kong Country games.

My thoughts on the Nintendo Switch 2 launch - While I hate rising prices as much as anyone else, I do feel like this is just the way the industry is heading. Also, taking into account the extreme inflation we've seen over the last several years, Nintendo is probably just watching their bottom line.

So happy to see the Switch 2 reveal today, even if some of it was complete misses for me. Now to just sit back and watch the internet burn to the ground.

Whether you agree with his political policies or not, Senator Bernie Sanders seems to care deeply about the good of the people as a whole and not just the few. It's really a shame that there's not more people like that involved in politics instead of the swindlers that we have elected to serve us.

Last night I couldn't seem to find anything on YouTube that was really sparking my interest, so I decided to watch the Fallout series that I had neglected to watch since it premiered last spring. Next think I knew it was 2:00 AM and now I'm really tired today. Worth a watch for series enthusiasts.

I think the Shi'arcs are one of my favorite silly things about Eiyuden Chronicle. A race of sharkmen that have completely forgotten their origin as a ocean life species while still embracing all the tropes of seafaring people down to their pirate-like vocalizations. Yarrr!

I've been really enjoying Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes this week. I have considered the Suikoden series to be my favorite for a long time and this game has done a decent job following in its footsteps. I hope that the next game continues to develop the formula.
