I think this is missing the forest for the trees. right wing/reactionary talking heads have existed long before today and are a symptom of the world we live in rather than the cause for a generational shift in any one direction

I did not suggest we go with an equally useless and counterproductive strategy here

I actually don't think it's very useful or productive to dismiss an entire populace of people as pathetic losers

as a general rule if you don't like or support a company/author, you should probably pirate what they make or ignore it completely. it's just very bleak imo to reduce every media conversation to one about if we're being ethical capitalists
