For me, the spanish language feed needs a lot of refining, only after including the english language on settings i started to see what everyone's hyping about.

Sadly, journalism as the general people understand it has a history of being corrupted by politicians.
Social Media also makes some journslist more sensationalist because algorithm benefits more extremist views.

There's also no way to tell that they truly mean what they're saying.
Most of the time they just want to make people mad/spread disinformation. It's not worth it to argue with those accounts.
