Oh dear! Shades of the predecessor to NCIS searching Chicago for "Dorothy" in the 1970s.

There is a whaling museum on Nantucket that actually already has a Male sperm whale skeleton... they wash up on Nantucket shores every few decades.

It's Nantucket... get it taxidermied and add it to the Whaling Museum!

International Airports and special shipping zones are considered borders if I'm remembering correctly. Charlotte has both. Very few places are outside CBP's reach because of that stupid definition.

Michael Caine as Harry Palmer would probably sneer at movie version Bond's pompous attitude and rant about the favoritism MI6 shows.

It might serve to have some history here. Steam has been trying to create a console like experience for over 10 years. Each attempt (except for the Steam Deck)
has ended in failure with Valve abandoning the devices. I expect this attempt to go down the same route.

Lotsa furry active duty and veterans. I remember an article about one who said goodbye to their unit in full fursuit years back.

Roald Dahl (Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Matilda, and so much more) lost one of his daughters to measles encephalitis. He wrote an impassioned letter about the importance of vaccination years after her death. Measles related deaths are very real.

Having met a few true rascists in my life. It's either fear driven or ego driven. People who literally think the color of their skin equals worth over others. Or they're afraid because they don't know people of other races and as such it is fear of the unkown. You can help the fear driven ones.

If it's your kink, it's your kink. Not going to shame you for that. However, ejaculation is seen as beneficial to prostate health by medical professionals. A huge percent of anti-masturbation content is from people outside of the medical and scientific fields.

There's a joke I haven't heard in at least a decade.

I felt I needed to clarify. I get stuck on grammar sometimes and thought it might be misinterpreted. I hate that a literary work that influenced so many great future writers and artists is so steeped in naked rascism that it's hard to even look at anymore.

I meant his RL cat was named in a way I will not repeat.
November 6, 2025 at 7:22 PM
The reprints of Rats in the Walls frequntly change the name to Black Tom. However, Lovecraft had a RL cat named the same.

Damnit Donald Sutherland... wrong classic actor as lead.

The best versions IMHO.. Donald Pleasance, Steve McQueen, and Vincent Price.

Only one tiny recommendation if you do this again. Record what version of the titles you watched that have remakes. There are 3 different versions of Invasion of the Body Snatchers and 2 versions of the The Blob.

The goal is simple... they are betting the American People would rather give up affordable Healthcare than go hungry. We have yet to see this one play out.

Or maybe... just maybe. The flood references a generational oral history of the flooding of the Mediterranean basin. Which occurred during the ages of the first Humanoids but before the first Homo Sapiens... their known world flooded, not the whole world.

This version of Transformers is compatible with the "Transformers Prime" TV series. In that series, some of the shared past of D-16 and Orion Pax was heavily explored. There are some minor differences, but perceived betrayal is key to their dynamic.
