Kindness matters. Proudly 🇨🇦
SARS-2 🦠 is not a cold.
Vaccines prevent disease.
Keeps teachers and kids healthy and in the classroom. Saves cost on healthcare, supply teaching and parents don’t need to try to figure out how to take time off to watch their kids.
I guess since they don’t generate profits yet, they are disposable.

Was fortunate to have no notable side effects. Shingles is awful and not willing to risk it. Also, the extra benefits of reduced dementia risk. www.idsociety.org/news--public...

It was the hardest thing I ever did and I thought for sure it would be easier with the second and it was NOT!

Also, I had one year maternity leave with each child. I could not imagine trying to breast feed, pump and go to work.

Yup, and the amount of validation and testing that needs to be performed on a new facility is crazy. It takes years and at the end of the day, these companies are for profit so they will not continue to invest. Once that talent is gone, it’s very hard to replace.

It’s weird. The boys are all being babied and coddled well into adulthood and the girls are taught to be independent and capable. It’s no wonder the girls don’t want to have anything to do with them.

I read Everything is Tuberculosis and it was pretty shocking although it really shouldn’t have been. It really isn’t new information but in the distractions of everyday life and the competing media noise, I stopped thinking about public health outside of my direct community.

Sometimes I wonder if these reactions are a lazy way to add content. That and the belief that some people are perpetually offended. I’ve started trying to ignore those reactions in my daily life, like when people mutter under their breath for a reaction. I pretend I didn’t hear.

Absolutely, you want them want you to come back. It’s weird people need to be told but maybe saying it out loud will inspire a guest to be helpful.

I love the trackball! I’ve been using the same one for years and it has never let me down.
