I found that my life was being controlled more and more by my social media and I am not very susceptible. I have dropped social media and found my life more controllable. We survived our teen years without it. When we were bullied it stayed at school didn't come home with us

I've got a daughter who'd prove you wrong. She's always out for a loan and I can't explain budgeting to her and her husband. It's a concept they can't comprehend

They are in my life. They also don't tend to be very healthy. If people complain about costs they should look at their spending

No matter what you do there's always those who try to circumvent it. I think the majority of those under 16 and staying on social media will do it with their parents connivance

I love sourdough but found it very fiddly and messy with the starter. I now make a pseudo sourdough using lemon juice and yoghurt
