Barry scores and then everyone would of been full of praise, I’m guessing? We have deffo improved since Benitez,Lampard and Dyche. There’s a lot of post match comments that don’t reflect reality… apart from the lack of full backs, that’s just an utter nonsense to me and drives me up the wall

I agree neither of them are looking like the answer.. other teams though have more than one person who can score from the box. Our problems stem from no overlapping fullbacks. We go backwards so there’s only ever one in the box

I agree Mike (Benitez selling Digne then getting sack the following week, still drives me mad) there’s no overlap from either side, so all the crosses have to beat the two defenders who have doubled up on both wingers.. it’s so important and obvious for us to progress.

Not a chance he comes to us - issues with his family when they were at Goodison. We’ve got some real gobshites who support us unfortunately. Happened with Les Ferdinand when he was at QPR, too. Just embarrassing

The lack of full backs is killing us. Nobody overlaps on the right and Grealish (quite rightly) ignores any forward movement from Mykolenko
