Spend time doing your accessories.
Stabilisers in your shoulders, knees and hips need a bit of love.
Often times the major muscle groups can take over a majority of the movements.
To get stronger those stabilisers need to be strengthened to keep up.

Magnesium is the most underrated supplement that all CrossFitters need to take.
(Actually everyone who exercises)
It has helped me to recover from workouts by feeling less sore and sleep better which speeds up my recovery.
Get on that good stuff.
