Nothing like having to trek out in 6-7 inches of snow in -3ºF weather in your crocs and carry your 73 lb Pitbull back inside because her feet froze and she couldn't bare to walk any farther.
I did it in my wool cardigan and came back covered in leaves and keep finding them in random places...
