There’s a promotion at our local liquor stores called “Fill-a-Tote.” But the woman in the commercial talks so fast, every time I hear “Phila-Toad.” And now I won’t rest until the Liquor Board introduces a new mascot of a drunken amphibian in a Nick Foles jersey and a half eaten sizzli. #PhilaToad
