In these trying times, I want to remind everyone (myself included): Don’t lose your joy. Don’t lose your connection to others. It’s easy to get caught up in the heaviness of the world, but our joy is resistance. It’s power. A force that keeps us grounded, keeps us going, & reminds us who we are.

Today marks THREE YEARS on HRT! Three years of choosing me, reclaiming my life, and thriving in my authentic self! I woke up, I fought, I survived—every single day to get to this moment. And I’m not stopping now! We have been here! We will always be here! Loud, proud, and unstoppable! 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈
