On 1-2 July, @crpr-exeter.bsky.social's Harry G West @exeterfood.bsky.social participated in a meeting in London organised by Neal's Yard Dairy to discuss the unique challenges facing British territorial cheeses (e.g. Red Leicester, Wensleydale) and ways of reviving the public's enthusiasm for them.
