Maybe AntennaPod? But honestly, the obvious answer is still Pocket Casts on Android. We just don't get the same podcast app support as iOS and most people probably just use Spotify or YouTube 🫤

Oh, I agree it's about looks, not nostalgia! People are over the flat, over-HDR look that most phones produce. However, I still think those "looks" need to happen at the point of capture, not after. Think iPhone Photographic Styles or Fuji's film sims that are applied up-front (but editable).

Obviously, Google's been leaning into a lot of AI photo features, but I'm skeptical that's enough to really move the needle. Most people still just want to snap a photo and have it look great right away, without doing a bunch of post-process editing. So how are they considering the balance there?

Another would be how they're planning to stay competitive in the camera space. The gap between them, Apple, and Samsung has narrowed substantially, but also the rise of point & shoot cameras again and Adobe's Project Indigo speaks to a dissatisfaction with the default experience phones provide now

A spicy question, why do the Folds get the "Pro" moniker when they lack Pro features, like a Super Actua display, Pro cameras, or faster charging? Instead, the Fold models share more in common with the base model 9/10s, except for more RAM. As a 9PF owner myself, I'd love better displays & cameras.

Why no car manufacturer has used Qi2 (with magnets) yet, is beyond me. It seems like an obvious solution.

Huh, that's weird. I've never seen Photos misbehave like that. Are you up to date with the OS and app?

The reason this works is HDMI-CEC, not ARC (audio return channel). It can control sound systems, set-top boxes, and even game consoles like the PS5! Also, you can use your iPhone keyboard for passwords and whatnot through the Google TV app! 🙂 apps.apple.com/us/app/googl...
