Reflecting on what an awful time I was having this time last year. Acknowledging what's changed, how I regained control of my story, and how difficult and brave it was.

If it wasn't for sessions with a work-based coach, in years previous, I often wonder if I'd have backed myself in the same way...

Really hoping this new place can be more welcoming, less adversarial, and friendlier than the old place.
