With the uptick in aviation incidents the past few years, I don't assume there is nothing to be concerned about on Duffy's watch. The extra pull-up bars will be sent to the towers so the ATCs can just hang on a hook waiting to start their 24-hour, understaffed shift.

I remember when I was young being told dressing up for a flight isn't really safe at all. If anything happens and the slides are deployed, some fabrics are going to melt sliding down. Also, not seeing the point of dress shoes when trying to climb out of wreckage.

Excellent point. All that and the fact that he is absolutely cemented in his own ignorance is a recipe for disaster as he continues to age and circle the drain.

Even more annoying is the absence of correction. Every day he says something so gross and his supporters downplay it. He doesn’t even try to hide his racism. He’s like the crazy old uncle on a holiday spewing racist filth and getting the “he didn’t mean that” pass. A horror of a human being.

I live for that day as well. It isn’t a great comparison, but - I’m old enough to remember when his nasty words were considered slurs and people were called out immediately and attempted damage control with apologies. But this guy?? His vile lexicon offends everyone and is challenged by NO ONE.
