Lucasarts adventure games. Each a masterpiece. System Shock is incredible. Descent turns shooters on their head, literally. XCOM:UFO Defence brings timeless/challenging strategy. If I had to choose one, it’s Ultima Underworld. It does Dungeons better. Full of surprising details & secrets.

I was talking to the pope and god said he wants to make your DOS games rankings the real one. Like blast each one onto a stone tablet with lightning. The catch is you have to go to church on Sundays and actually call sometimes. That cool with you?

I was skepticle, but looking at this thing run in EGA is beautiful! It’s the weird ports that contain true wonder and.. glory!

If the pillowcase isn’t just her face but with eye and mouth holes so you can wear it as a mask, I do not see the appeal.

I love that they advertise a scene where you do a eulogy at your son’s funeral on the back of the box. Really wants to draw people in!

Justice for Astral Chain! A crazy amount of games to parse though. How did you even choose the multi platform releases? I could be like… NieR Automata! I think it’s better than some of these games, but not a killer app for the platform.

If a game is noted for its difficulty or complexity, yes I will take a leg up. That’s usually souls or 4x. I completely avoid for the average RPG or adventure game.

How have you been enjoying this? I was so lucky having some UW super fans show up to guide me through. Wish I could have passed some of that on to you, if I wasn’t so relentlessly busy. Once it clicked it became one of my all time favourite games.
