Dem leadership needs to do the following:
1. Pledge to repeal any and all tarrifs upon winning the WH. This will paralyze business leadership. They won't know whether to invest billions in domestic repatriation of manufacturing or not and will effectively neuter Trump's objectives for tarrifs.
