I have been following the flight tracker data for that area for a couple of weeks now, this below is not uncommon of late. Also what he's looking at is what I'm looking at and its not a radar return, its a transponder that can be turned off and on if you don't want to be tracked, it's called ADS-B.

They probably will this cycle or next, their excuse will be non citizens shouldn't be in line to vote, non zero chance they find folks waiting in line with there family member or what not and also claim voter fraud.
