Constitution 1st Amend -freedoms:speech,religion,press, assembly,petition.It prevents the gov’t from establishing religion or prohibit the free exercise of religion,& from restricting freedom of speech,the press, or the right of people to peacefully assemble&petition the gov’t redress of grievances.

Those items can be returned to the museum when Trump leaves office. My concern is the current secretary of the Smithsonian,Lonnie Burch who personally oversaw the creation of the Museum of African American History and Culture. I am sure he will be on Trump's chopping block soon. How do we stop that?

A federal judge ruled Thursday that President Trump's firing of a member of the NLRB was unlawful and firing of Gwynne Wilcox from the NLRB violated federal law that allows for a board member to be removed only for "neglect of duty or malfeasance in office," and declared her termination void.
