The model isn't complete so it still has a lot of jank and since it relies on blender for most of its functionality I can't say for certain it will work in SFM, you could probably achieve a similar effect in SFM by increasing the roughness or decreasing the brightness of the base texture

Glad you noticed, the textures were also a small change I made to give it that slight cell-shaded look similar to tf2. I'm not too experienced in porting stuff to SFM since I'm more familiar with Blender so I'm not too much help there unfortunately
