Yikes that does sound unpleasant. Whenever my knees or hip pops it always hurts. I gotta be careful with my left knee in general. Had surgery on it many years back but never did proper physical therapy afterward (lost insurance) so it hurts on its own. Popping makes it worse.

Yup! I made thr dough from scratch, but some people use pre-made pizza or biscuit dough. I've tried that, but I think the homemade dough tastes better.

The big toe! Same. Tho it's hard to crack it now. I usually push it against something and bend it real quick to pop, but since my toes went numb (neuropathy) it's tough to get it positioned right without being able to feel it :c
