My biggest hurdle is the paywall on lenso. I don't know the exact url or the context of the image because lenso just shows you what you see here, a watermarked preview with the website's home url. The fact that it's a fitness site that is full of bullies gives me pause.

I found this image using a mockup of what I thought the original might look like, and I've never seen this version before, as a common fake or a known iteration. I posted on the original jtk image search subreddit but the lenso.ai watermark turned people off I think.
