I agree with that. Governments often don't have the time or resources to go after "small crimes". That's why Nigerian princes made money well before crypto.

Exactly. I could have saved them the time and resources to say that crypto is used for illicit purposes. You should see how much illegal activity cash is used for.

Unless you live in Russia, DPRK or some place like that, you will be found. But that's a jurisdiction issue, not a crypto issue.

Quite the opposite. Bitcoin is way easier to transact and transfer value. But it's a terrible way to hide illegal activity. Anyone, even you, can go look at every Bitcoin transaction happening right now.
