They had every opportunity to answer me truthfully and accept an item return so they can resell the suit. I also only asked for a partial refund instead they chose to escalate to Etsy and Etsy determined I would get a full refund. What Etsy finds is not my fault, this could have been avoided.

I quite literally asked them if the paws were store bought or handmade. They chose to say: I made them with a pattern I bought 2 years ago. Considering the semantics of the conversation, I'm right to have believed they are handmade. I've never owned paws before in my life.
