This is what I came here to say.

I think a lot of foods are hiding sugar alcohols. My sister has been having some issues & she is almost totally sugar-free. She says the foods/drinks she is consuming do not have sugar alcohols, but her issues are pretty much aligned with the problems she has with identified sugar alcohols.

Oy. Because no one has said his name a hundred million times in the last four days. Jeebus.
