To your point, I suggest we begin using the word “complicit” to describe this Court. Complicity marries the individual corruption to the unlawful and unchecked actions of the Executive while, at the same time, creating daylight between those members and the institution to be restored.

Given the stalwart manner in which many of the lower courts have acted (and been thwarted), it is time we set aside what reservations we might once have had and firmly label this Court as complicit. If Constitutional order is to be restored, it must include the Court as well as the Executive.
