Michael Lewis called me "...a faceless minion in a blue suit..."

Director of Investor Protection - Consumer Federation of America. Former: Crypto Adviser to Gensler SEC. House Financial Services and Senate Banking Committees.
There's a Mitch Hedberg bit about whether the belt loops are holding up the belt or the belt is holding up the belt loops.

Always comes to mind re Coinbase and Circle.

Ironic that he's one of few tech billionaires who is not building a cannon to fire himself into the sun.

I love this show, I love these people, but all three of them look like AI age projections of themselves.

Truly amazing to be so selectively ignorant - there is a rift in the party currently boiling over in the Senate regarding crypto billionaires vs. workers.

He doesn't know how to write any other songs.

Predicting and fantasizing at the same time.

The characterization is hilarious - equity tokenization is explicitly allowed in the bill and even given favorable treatment.

Brian wants *unregistered* tokenized equities. Even crypto-mom (Commissioner Peirce) thinks that's crazy.
