I sometimes think it would be gratifying to see someone speak this truth to his face, but then realize he would explode in verbal vomit, order Ka$h Patel to arrest the person, Pam Bondi to prosecute them for treason, and Marco Rubio to strip them of citizenship and deport them to South Sudan.

I’ve read or listened to what he’s said too many times, only to end up at the exact same queasy, disturbing, disgusted place. Not willing to parse details anymore, life is too short. I’m on autopilot to mute him or avert my eyes. He’s mentally ill with dementia, and will not ever improve.

He’s also slipping into fairly serious dementia, can see this in his inability to sleep during night, followed by nodding off during the day, bizarre speech patterns & motor control.

It’s kinda a double edged sword, no? On one hand, U.S. presidents *should* be sharp, so his inability to stay awake in a cabinet meeting after 🍌🍌🍌 early AM tweeting is bad. On the other hand, his *normal* decision making is seriously deficient, so is the dementia-addled version really worse?

Thank you for continuing to share the names and details of these beloved people whose lives were snuffed out too soon by mechanized indifference & hate. It is always a gut punch to read them, yet a pain I appreciate that is borne of deeply caring.
