Love this Mary. Such a pertinent reminder as we go back. Life is bigger than school, and a school is a microcosm of society. Our first job is to support every human in that microcosm (big or small) so that they feel supported and empowered to be themselves

That’s my hope! Rather than loads of new initiatives, just focusing on doing the basics really well and feeling a sense of pride in our offer
