It’s a basic and simple thing but this is a huge huge problem with Americans: they look at admitting they are wrong as a weakness, somehow not masculine or tough. It’s such a big liability and sign of immaturity which of course leads to evilness. You can only grown when you admit your weaknesses.

Very proud of him but my guy is missing his drinking buddy.

You just simply can’t take seriously one who says he “condemns Trump’s corruption but still supports him.”It not only defies logic but shows a lack of morals. It’s not edgy/subversive,just moronic. I know there’s plenty of other reasons to disparage Shapiro but media needs to stop going to his well.

Does this mean, barring other issues that could arise, the Crew 12 Launch should occur as planned on 2/11?

Good to know, thank you. Wish we didn’t have to get recommendations for news sources and that news would just be news…
February 6, 2026 at 12:27 PM
And once again, I have to see this on Bluesky and not one of the three “news” apps I read first thing in the morning.

I get my news from a reliable source.

Just buy a warehouse and day one turn it into a hotel.

I’d also say, NH specific, we lean into permitting. You need a permit to build a basic shed so it seems to me we could tie this up with endless permitting. Surely it’s harder to permit a building to “house”’humans than it is to build a dock or garage. Maybe Feds are exempt? I’m sure I couldn’t

You can also have two thoughts at once: no he is not going to “cancel” elections but that doesn’t mean we can’t identify ways he will try to tamper (intimidation, lawsuits, corrupt county clerks) and be mindful but *still* go vote.

You confuse concern for defeatism. TBS, I didn’t know how he would tear down the east wing, he just did. I don’t know how he would send people to murder other human beings, he just did. I don’t know he would raid state election offices, but he did. Point is, if impeached and removed it’s a moot pt.
February 3, 2026 at 3:20 PM
Senator, it’s been a decade of Trump saying he’ll do something awful, pundits and lawmakers saying “don’t worry he can’t,” then he does it and you all just shrug. Stop him now- impeach and remove.

One of the interesting things about getting older is realizing that all these people in society you always assumed were intelligent can actually be pretty dumb- doctors, lawyers, congresspeople. Always just had a kind of blind faith that we were in good hands. Brother did I screw that up.

Impeachment isn’t enough anymore, this guy needs to be in prison. He is essentially ordering a hit on a human being.

Apologies from Axios, there was a typo. The “and” was erroneously added. It should have been “Miller, the President.”
January 28, 2026 at 1:08 AM
I believe you are correct but still see a small glimmer of hope that ultimately Trump’s ego & narcissism end up prevailing over his racism and xenophobia. That is, when he realizes the evil stuff will tank him, he jettisons Miller et al. While a racist, Trump’s only true North Star is himself.
January 27, 2026 at 2:11 PM
Very true. Congress backed off after Jan 6 and look what that led to…
January 27, 2026 at 11:06 AM
I’m glad people smarter than I remind me not to get worn down because this barrage of blatant lies really does feel soul crushing at times. We will fight on. And win.
