Bit of a rough one. Should have taken a rest day but really wanted to get out there. Sometimes I just feel totally gassed on runs that normally feel comfortable. I think my blood sugar is a bit low in the morning because I don't eat much of a breakfast.

Today I moved 4.5 miles, 1.5 miles farther than I've ever run. I did it in intervals, 3 min of running, 1.5 min of walking, with a .5 mile walk at the end.

It is SO cool that bsky built this stuff for the community. I can't wait to start playing with these features. It's up to us devs to realize the future of #atproto
