Yeah, in a way so that the direction "going clockwise" means something, as well as outer to inner square, and the center square.

Well, however I do it mine would be supporting, like, "a movie/OVA 5x5" and "a TV series 5x5" and "a manga 5x5" at the same time, and without overlapping titles it will end up being a bunch.

Yeah, I’m hoping they’ll “figure it out” at some point. I mean, it seems to work fine for Shueisha. Why would they stick to only a sales fashion that NA doesn’t like?

Yeah, “latest chapter” is not a thing, for now. Just “latest freely-available or premium-ticket” which often means being well-behind current. I use the premium currency to keep up with one title (SB) and ”finish up” certain titles that only have a few premium chapters at the end.

Best sports anime out there, with the best “overall high school arc” storytelling (though that will require some manga reading for now, too.)
The only other one I can compare alongside, character-wise and story-wise, is Cross Game.
