Mate if you have a point to make just make it or don't. Vagueposting in replies and then blaming everyone else for misinterpreting is insufferable.

Is this the same or different to the tongue swaps traffic police use in the UK?

I think the idea is that is inevitable and also won't punish you directly but a simulated version of you. So y'know...nonsense.

Oh totally, those drivers are menaces.

Like if they haven't got an understanding of car balance, limit points, their stopping distances and reaction times etc, them going the speed limit around a bend could be fatal to them or somebody else. So I'm happy to slow behind them and give them space even if it's a bit less fun.

I think the problem with this though is that for it to be a test of skill, it correctly implies some people aren't skilled or confident enough to determine which bends are safe to maintain speed around and if so it's totally right they keep their speed down in all the bends. Just have to be patient.

It can, often though my first clue someone is distracted is if they're slower than expected - a lot of the time if you pass them they'll be on the phone etc. I think it's bcs the cognitive load is stopping them adjusting to the speed of traffic or maybe it subconciously feels 'safer'. It isn't tho

A beaut for sure, I like hyundai a lot! Tbf the citroen c1 was part of a joint venture so it's the same car as the Toyota Aygo and the Pergeot 107. I think Toyota is pretty big in the US, so you might be actually able to find one there just without the citroen badge. Idk tho 😅

^^. My beloved c1 'Atholl' has transported me, 3 friends, a load of film gear, costumes and props at the same time, and yet is tiny enough to park anywhere and fit down any single track road... What more could one want?

You get it! And those massive cars do it all while using a small factories worth of emissions. I hate those things. Small cars are both more fun and in most cases more practical too.
