Call me Charlie. Some years ago - never mind how long precisely - having little or no money in my purse, and nothing particular to interest me online, I thought I would surf about a little and see the less loony part of the world.
And he's the head of state. Whether you voted for him or not, he represents this country to the world, with his crassness, meanness, and pathological self-involvement.

It's too bad Bari Weiss has so much on her plate now, because the problem of the chilling of free speech on campuses used to be her primary focus.

It's a guaranteed attention-getter on the campaign trail, as opposed to usual Dem "good government" position papers. Saying "anything Trump did, we're going to undo" Is both good policy and good politics.
