I’m still at my Help Desk job and sometimes i can push myself out of the burnout. But having to deal with it has been hard because i have no desire to continuously learn things for CyberSecurity

LOL i try to encourage password managers as much as i can. Currently the company ship is sinking so i’m trying to get tf out of there before it sinks completely

Also my company users would rather do ANYTHING but try and keep themselves secure online… lookin at you user with Password1…

We had to recently start doing these. We had about 15 users fall for a PDF that asked for credentials. We’re a 2 person IT department for about 400 users. I run the entire Help Desk essentially. We had to start doing the simulations just to teach our users to be more observant.

Thank you for this! I have been Help Desk for 6 years and over the last year have started my learning path for CyberSecurity and trying to find my first job in the field currently. Just got my first cert in the summer for it! I’m trying to sponge up as much knowledge as I can :)
