I expect this thing in a normal tech climate to be in the 500-700 range. The problem is with all the AI bs, it is skyrocketing some of the hardware prices on stuff like RAM.
My copium hope is that they are holding off in hopes that those pieces stabilize more before having to raise prices

My guess is it is more for the higher value purchases, probably over like 800 or 1,000. Probably some rule with the Bank that PayPal is working with for what are essentially small personal loans

Isn't Debut Indie specifically for Indies Dev's that just have never gotten a nomination for a Game Award and not just their first game?

I mean unless there is some way to aquire it legally still, I would imagine Concord falls under abandonware so it shouldn't really be a thing. The studio that made it no longer exists and the game is unavailable for purchase. Plus I highly doubt they ever intend to do anything else with the IP

The thing is, the vast majority of those are games that *choose* to not run. Prime example is Destiny 2, they specifically choose to not support the game running under Proton. Could there be technical reasons for the kernel level anti cheat? 100% but they could take the time and support it

Age of the game and modern game compression. Plus size, BL3 has one big open map with smaller areas with all the same/similar assets. Destiny has like 10 different planets with different assets that need to be independently downloaded

Armor rolls with an archtype that has two specific stats it focuses on. You can masterwork stuff for some free points in all stats, you use armor mods just like before to give them better stats.
Ghost mods work, but they don't focus on a single stat but rather the different archtypes available

The expansion isn't perfect but I really don't get just how much hate is being brought towards it. I think the story is pretty good, I personally actually kinda dig matterspark, and I like the feel of the power climb again that feels meaningful.

The expansion isn't perfect but I really don't get just how much hate is being brought towards it. I think the story is pretty good, I personally actually kinda dig matterspark, and I like the feel of the power climb again that feels meaningful.

I would expect it to be pretty alright. TFS definitely had some issues but that was also the biggest play count they have ever had if I remember right. I would expect slowdowns but I don't think it will be unplayable

I do get that but I also feel like forcing me to keep notes in that way has helped me stay far more engaged in all the little details of my environment. I think a good middle ground would have been being able to look at any documents you've found in any run between runs at your little camp site
