Tired, but so fulfilled. Being here & a part of this conference is a highlight every year. I get the chance to work with some of the most amazing innovators & Ed tech champions from across the state & I'm so proud to call them friends. It's always a weird feeling of relief & sadness when it ends

What do we have in place to create the best experiences for our students- the ones that hold value and are authentic? The ones that lean into:
-Values over systems
-Process over results
-Active over passive
-Independent over compliant

Our perception of the world is shaped by who we are- we can't help it, but we can be aware of it. So important to know and identify our biases. #vste24

#vste24 @deelanier.bsky.social is so good!! I loved how we were able to internally reflect on our own biases and reflect on how we can use that to determine bias that we may encounter in AI platforms.
