I volunteered at the hatchery in Jackson, WY, situated on the National Elk Reserve. The contribution these two facilities make to the community and Wyoming at large is immeasurable.

No. It is El Salvador. Ecuador does have some nasty prisons that in the last few years had some hair-on-fire riots but still not El Salvador.
