My experience in Corporate America over 35 years is that some employees recognize that moving up will actually produce a loss of job satisfaction. For those people, a culture that makes room for, and values, experienced mentors who can help grow the next group of promotion candidates is essential.

There are only 5 Storm players who could have been selected, as I understand the rules. All the others are unrestricted free agents, including Lloyd, who's already been cored twice. But I'm pretty new to the W, so I'd be interested in knowing of that's incorrect.

They still have the college draft and free agency to add depth and firepower. I'd love to see them come out of the gate as serious competitors.
