The only reason I see why there can be a different assesment is the current occupation which if deemed illegal it may create certain legal consequences
There is legal precedent on this partucular case which suggested the intervention was legal despite even the "unacceptable." loss of lives. Hence can't see why on this occasion it won't be at most borderline illegal

Yes, field theory supposently does follow our intuitions but we can use it to justify false reasoning on the everyday language of people. 🫥
Not for whether is an abduction probably but of whether is a severe violation of human rights or just an borderline illegal state treatment to prevent further actions of people involved that could lead to dangerous escalation (if the state action is indeed an abduction)
Should count though whether it is a case of temporary detention or of long term imprisonmemt without a trial. Not?
In any case, legally should definitely count on whether is a genuine attempt to provide essential supplies or just an attempt to tease the army who is performing a military blockade by stating your intention to vreak it.
> with providing material support to people under occupation. Had it been the case different type of boats would have used and the main commodity loaded wouldn't have been virtue signalling crew but essential supplies.
Have no idea of whether it violates international law (might do but not as clear to me as some claim, at least with the arguments being used) but it is silly to say you have been kidnaped or that the flotillas were anything else other than a virtue signalling performance that has nothing to do >

Life satisfaction mostly declines with age. Previous findings (esp. the famous U-shaped age-SWB trajectory) were artifacts of misspecified models. doi.org/10.1093/esr/...

2012 Nobel laureate John Gurdon has died. His work was central to both the development of animal cloning and the possibility of reprogramming cells to a different state. A giant of cell and developmental biology.

While priviledged background is expected to be a great indicator of degree success, conditional to A level results? 🤔
