I like your last idea of deporting the right-leaning members of SCOTUS. I agree with some commenters - CECOT is a superior option to Africa. I suggest deporting trump himself, trump's cabinet appointees, and the GOP members of Congress too. CECOT can undoubtedly make room for all of them.
