Excellent point, and according to this article the 2 T is at the mercy of these 3 mining pools right now. Not that they would do it, but it has happened before so who knows what could happen.

That's my question as well, I guess if Congress approves what Musk is proposing then they could, and then, the question would be what else can they pause and cancel... Could Obama care be one of those things, how far that power extends?
