Peaceful protest is legal. ICE has no legal grounds to break up any sort of protest. Anyone pepper sprayed should sue for Assault and Battery.

What strikes me is how often orgs keep doing the same thing without asking if it still serves them. Your exact context question cuts through autopilot and shows if we need emergence or improvement. Too often, teams repeat agile event or governance processes long after the value is gone. #bvssh
