Optimist, care about the environment, equality for all, change is inevitable it’s what we do with it. Believe in fairness, truth, fact and science. Hope is stronger than despair.
All participants should withdraw, it will be a contest of one, played to an audience of none. Sending a clear message to Israel and more importantly its government. The world will not turn a blind eye to genocide, war crimes and daily acts of violence and intimidation against the Palestinian people.

Real question is what’s in it for Trump, what’s the quid pro quo.
For a man hankering for the Nobel peace prize, one claiming to have ended 7/8/who knows/who cares wars. He sure is doing his best to destabilise various parts of the world. For his own financial gain. Greed knows no bounds.

He’s big on fighting the war on drugs but then pardons Juan Orlando Hernandez accused of colluding with some of the region’s most ruthless narco bosses to flood the United States with cocaine.
Trump pardoning this convicted drug trafficker, what changed, is anyone from the press going to ask him ?

placed on working people. Reeves thinks the electorate is economically illiterate and therefore will not realise the tax burden placed on working/class whilst those with lobbyists get away unscathed. There’s nothing about this budget that will create growth, address cost of living or high inequality

Serious question to Reeves and government - there was a £22 billion black hole - tax rises last year and this year significantly higher than the so called black hole. Each time opportunity to be creative about tax not taken succumbing to various lobbyists. Tax burden disproportionately

@greenparty.org.uk @zackpolanski.bsky.social are not only taking the fight to Reform they are throwing down the gauntlet to those who want to maintain the status quo - the so called centrists whose tinkering at the edges has brought us to concentration of power & wealth in a few, growing inequality.

It wouldn’t be uncharitable to say we humans are a scourge on this planet and the living world. We forget we are part of nature.

That’s almost poetry in prose. Starts off grim and despondent and weaves through to where the light always is even if it’s a glimmer for most of us. We could all do with looking for this glimmer which gratitude always brings
Agree we could all do with reflecting on what we all have in the here & now

The budget was to keep back bench labour MPs happy, markets happy, protecting big corporate interests and the billionaire class. Whilst penalising small businesses and working & middle classes.
It’s reprehensible.
