Valid points from both of you, but I think the point of the pushback, as useful an umbrella term as it is, is *who* that term benefits most and where it comes from, which is corporate influencer-speak that devalues and de-personalizes creative output by generalizing it as product.

So considering Naked Nutrition claims repeatedly all over their branding that they do third party testing for heavy metals, is it reasonable to assume a class action lawsuit is justified?
