You *can* use the follow all thing for a list that interests you but it will absolutely flood your feed, and you'll likely unfollow a lot of em which is fine if you have the patience for that. But I'd recommend just looking for pfp's that interest you and check em out

I'm a maid, my favorite house of the ones we clean has a big instrument room and its basically all percussion, it owns so insanely hard. Its mostly a lot of specific hand drums but he does have a cuica, so hell yeah
