Pues no lo entiendes así pero es lo que es 😅 interpretar el Derecho es a lo que nos dedicamos los juristas. Si los derechos fueran “simples y claros” no existirían el Comité de Derechos Humanos, el Tribunal de Estrasburgo, el Tribunal Constitucional, etc. que se dedican a interpretarlos.

¿Qué es raza? ¿Qué es el sexo? ¿El concepto sexo incluye también la discriminación que sufrimos por no gustarnos un sexo concreto? ¿Y por no sentirnos un sexo concreto? ¿Quién decide cuántos sexos hay? ¿Permiten los DDHH tratos desiguales para corregir discriminaciones históricas?

Los derechos humanos no son un dogma, son una serie de valores que los Estados del mundo acordaron que debían regir la relación entre el Estado y la persona, para proteger a ésta frente al poder del primero. Además, todos ellos son susceptibles de interpretación, por lo que de dogma tienen poco.

El piso que alquilamos a 1200 euros estaba hace cinco años a 700, nos acabamos de enterar hablando con los antiguos inquilinos. Los dueños no han hecho reforma ni reparaciones en todo este tiempo. Son “gente normal”, no malvados fondos de inversión. Estoy muy enfadado.
